Ahead of the 2020/21 MSDL campaign, Cesca commented:

‘I’m thrilled to be given the opportunity to ride in the Midland and Southern Development League again, this time with the Eastbourne Seagulls, and I can’t wait to get back out on track and to continue advocating for more women and girls to get involved in speedway racing.’

The Seagulls Team Manager Mark Sexton commented “We are absolutely thrilled that Cesca is a Seagull.

“I’ve heard really positive reports about her ability and, having spoken to her recently, I’m extremely confident that her determination and commitment will be rewarded with plenty of points when she gets on track.”
