Junior Hammers take to the track
The Thurrock Hammers are pleased to announce that a Thurrock Junior Hammers side will take to the track in a 6 heat, second half event following the Hammers v Mildenhall Fen Tigers this coming Sunday, the 30th June at West Row.
Leading the way for the Junior Hammers is William O’Keefe, who rode at reserve against the Kent Kings in the recent Tunnel Trophy meeting. Jake Mulford made an impressive NL debut for the Kent Kings on Monday whilst Luke Muff riders for The Milton Keynes Knights in the SDL and Chris Watts is a regular for the Isle of Wight Wizards
Director Mark Sexton commented:
“The Junior Hammers fits our ethos of providing up and coming riders with track time, and we’re looking forward to taking on the Tiger Cubs after the main Fen Tigers v Hammers event. We would like to send our thanks to National Development League Co-Ordinator Jason Pipe for his help with pulling the team together.”

The meeting takes place at West Row stadium this Sunday (30th June) with gates open at 1.45pm the meeting parade at 2.45pm with tapes up for the main meeting at 3.00pm.
